well ther pictures were rejected but its not all bad as I think there may be takers for them, just got to wait and see. Done more work on that skateboard project thing I was up to, just making very slow progress with it
Spent all day making the website nice and sparkly. Gonna take a couple more days to iron out the bugs but it should be up and running by the start of next week. For now its still the old one but that will change soon enough.
Just sent off four pieces to glasgow for The Royal Glasgow Institute of the Fine Arts 147th exhibition. With any luck at least one will be accepted. I sent down these two oil paintings and two framed drawings on bamboo paper, the drawings look far better in life than the scans I have of them as they didnt quite fit in the scanner.
10 pieces are on show at the Holburn Gallery in Aberdeen, they took 5 last week and another 5 today. Very exciting as they are the first gallery thats been interested in my work, not just the generic sheep and agriculture paintings that seem so popular in this part of the world. I took a couple of photos of some of the pieces. peaceAndy
